The duties and functions of the Public Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) at the faculty level have a strategic role in maintaining transparency, accountability, and access to public information within the faculty. Some of these tasks and functions include
1) Provision of Faculty Information;
2) Management of Faculty Documents;
3) Handling Information Requests;
4) Provision of Information for Alumni and Students; and
5) Handling of Complaints and Questions.
