Praise and gratitude for the presence of Allah SWT for the abundance of His grace and gifts, the Strategic Plan (RENSTRA, Rancangan Strategis) of the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Airlangga for the 2021-2025 period can be completed properly. This strategic plan is the basis for preparing development plans within FK UNAIR for the next five years. FK UNAIR Strategic Plan contains the faculty’s vision, mission, and objectives, which are then broken down into policy and strategy directions, regulatory frameworks, and institutional frameworks, as well as indicators of achievement through performance targets and funding frameworks.
The Strategic Plan of the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Airlangga provides a complete picture of the direction and work targets of FK UNAIR for 2021-2025 in supporting the achievement of The PRIME Faculty of Medicine, including Professional and student-centered curriculum, Responsive and accessible management system, and public problems, Innovation based on education and research, Modern learning ecosystem, and Entrepreneurship building system. Thus, it is hoped that this Strategic Plan can support the realization of the FK UNAIR “PRIME Faculty of Medicine” strategy, which is in line with the UNAIR “SMART University” strategy, namely FK UNAIR with international standards and graduate alumni with the entrepreneurial spirit.
