The development and improvement competence of the Sub-Specialist of Anaesthesiology & Intensive Therapy optimizes the potential of anaesthesiology and intensive therapy specialists to be more in-depth in certain fields according to their needs, specific and up-to-date. By adding local advantages from related educational institutions, and aiming to make a positive contribution as a form of social responsibility to the wider environment and adapt to the dynamics of society and developments in science and technology.
Changes occur both at the local, regional and international levels make the Sub-specialist Study Program Anaesthesiology & Intensive carry out challenges in the development of Education, where the selection and organization of study materials determines the most harmonious and efficient teaching and learning activities, planning optimal learning conditions so that learning objectives will be quickly achieved
Making the Sub-specialist Medical Education Study Program leading, innovative, dignified, competitive, superior based on the latest research and technology in supporting the educational process according to the level of in-depth knowledge and community service both regionally, nationally and internationally, which is based on religious morality, and is able to meet the demands of needs community in services in the field of Anesthesiology Subspecialty and Intensive Therapy with excellence in the fields of Intensive Therapy, Pediatric Anesthesiology and Critical Care, Cardiovascular Anesthesiology and Critical Care in 2025.
1.) Improving academic and professional skills so that they are able to develop the knowledge and profession of Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy Sub-specialists that are recognized at the international level

Increase the competence of students in developing sub-specialist skills in the field of Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy that are applicable but always based on the latest developments in medical science and technology through scientific research so that they are able to overcome and solve problems encountered in the field.
3.) Improving the competence of students so that they are able to meet the demands of the community’s needs for quality Sub-specialist doctor services in Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy and are always based on professional ethics and high religious morals.

1.) Producing an anesthesiology sub-specialist doctor with clinical competence and who has advanced academic and professional skills with a personal attitude according to the ethics of science and professional ethics of Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy.
2.) Producing an anesthesiology sub-specialist doctor who is able to develop knowledge according to the seminary through research according to IQF level 9 and produce research that is published nationally and internationally

Producing sub-specialist anesthesiology doctors who are able to manage patients professionally through their mastery of medical science, especially intensive care, pediatric anesthesia and cardiovascular anesthesia that are faced by society in a comprehensive, effective, efficient and humane manner, especially in difficult, rare and complicated cases,

Producing sub-specialist anesthesiology doctors who are able to critically evaluate work results and decisions made in carrying out their professional work either by themselves, colleagues or institutional systems and take a conceptual and interdisciplinary approach in their professional services
